It means that every living body has a way to pack out dirt so it does not get sick.
Excretion
Excretion is the way our bodies get rid of the chemical waste we make inside.
Excretion is the elimination of harmful and unwanted toxic waste products from metabolism.
This means the body is removing poisonous materials that come out when our cells are working.
Excretion involves the removal of waste products generated from the chemical reactions that occur inside all living things.
In humans, the normal waste product is urea.
Urea is released through urine and sweat.
This means when you go to the toilet to pass water or when you work hard and start to sweat, you are removing urea from your body.
Additionally, carbon dioxide is excreted from mammals when they breathe out.
